DWT15-400II Single-sided Corrugated Paper Sheaths Production Line

　DWT15-400II single-sided corrugated paper sheaths production line is new-typed patent machine products of our factory. It's necessary automatic machine equipment to produce the packing sheaths of fluorescent lamps, light bulbs and agricultural chemical bottles.
　The function of this equipment is to pack printing, shape the corrugated paper, stick and cut etc. Every machine has its own production line. Before production, you only need to put the tube-shaped paper onto the paper stand and connect with thd mains. Then you can continuously produce beautifully-printed and wonderfully-made corrugated paper sheaths and the whole shaped products.
　This equipment is invented for the first time in China. It proves to be stable in function and convenient in operation. It only needs 3 or 4 workers to operate, which can save a lot of labor force, space and money. It has taken the place of producing the corrugated paper sheaths by hand. It is advanced automatic equimpent.

unction and Trait
1.Tube-shaped paper can be automatically cut; 2.Keep the same speed for putting in the paper and producing;
3.Color printing. It can produce world-wide popular pictures and articles continuously, such as the pictures and articles of Philip, AmGE,,Japanese Toshi etc;
4.Supply the ink continuously itself and dry it quickly; 5.Shape, spread the glue on and compound the single-sided paper;
6.Press the trace, cut the sides, snap and close the sheaths, and stick sides;
7.Cut the length and count the pieces automatically;
8.Keep the temperature of electric heat and turn off the machine automatically;
9.Make use of the advanced YCTJ electrical machinery. Efficient, less noise and stepless speed regulation; 10.Only 3 or 4 people are needed to operate the machine. The efficiency can be increased more than
10 times;
